At work on St. Patty's day, we are having a pot luck, and it has to be green (or have green in in) any ideas
Nothing that is so gross to look at, that you cant eat it!!

Lime Jello in the shape of shamrocks.

This is a little scary at first, but it does resemble guacamole. Make or buy some hummus. Add green food coloring until it reaches the desired shade. Spread on a plate and serve with pita bread, cut in wedges for dipping.

PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE 1 pkg. white cake mix 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding 1/2 c. soft butter 1 c. water 1 pkg. Dream Whip Reserve 2 tablespoons pudding mix to be used for topping. Beat together cake mix, remaining pudding mix, butter and water for 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes. TOPPING: Whip 1 envelope Dream Whip with 2 tablespoons pistachio pudding mix according to whipped topping directions. Spread over cake. Store in refrigerator. *Note: You can add a drop of green food coloring to the topping to make it greener.

BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM TRUFFLES 12 oz semi sweet chocolate ¼ Cup Bailey’s ¼ Cup heavy cream 2 egg yolks 1 Tbsp. butter Melt chocolate in a heavy pan on very low temp. Whisk in Bailey’s and heavy cream. Whisk in yolks one at a tim; then whisk in butter. Mixture will start to thicken; refrigerate overnight or until firm. Roll into small balls. Roll into powdered sugar, cocoa, or chopped toasted hazelnuts.

Wrap each log in wax paper or plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm, at least 8 hours. 3. Heat oven to 325°F. Cut logs into 3/8-inch thick slices. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet. 4. Bake 15 minutes or until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces. 5. Prepare QUICK COOKIE GLAZE; drizzle cookies.
