When my daughter was 15, she worked for a family owned childcare center. When she was 16, she got a job at the mall in a shoe store.

A place to start is your local paper for something along the lines of stocking or maybe fast food, or babysitting. Some sites I recently found have the potential to earn money , and you can do it whenever you have free time, read a review of some "Get Paid To" sites that I did.
