Any suggestions on places to work in St Louis city?
Somewhere upbeat and fun that pays well? I've lived here for almost a year and have already gone through 10 jobs. I recently moved to CWE and ride a bike. The weather has been bad and I've been sick so I haven't had a chance to apply anywhere yet. Suggestions? anything offbeat

You don't say what you like to do or where your experience is but you can bartend at any of the places on Euclid, become a barista at a coffee shop, give Segway tours for the Science Center, sell at an upscale boutique on Washington Ave or get a job as one of the "beautiful people" a the new Lumiere casino downtown on the landing.

One of the casinos might be fun to work out. There's some eccentric smaller stores in the city as well.

I don't know what your past 10 jobs have been but casinos, clubs, bars, maybe a certain store in the mall, etc... could be the job you are looking for. Since you are sick and can't get out, use the computer to look and even apply for jobs. Here is a good site to use--- http://hotjobs.yahoo.com/?refsrc=ysem Some places let you apply on-line. ~~~~~~~~~
